Concerns after You Leave the Hospital

If you have a concern about patient care or safety in the hospital after you leave the hospital, please contact our Quality Director at (760) 957-3346. If the hospital has still not addressed your concern, contact the hospital management and report the concern. And finally, if the hospital cannot resolve your concerns, you are encouraged to contact The Joint Commission.
